To attempt to hold fast an instant is doubtful
To bind an emotion is unthinkable

A choice must be made. Either the pecking devices must accept the bindings of a cycle in which the end will lead eternally back to the beginning, or face their own destruction and dispersal.

Ashes cannot be destroyed, burnt or eradicated any further, they can only be dispersed.
